"Each kit is based on a iconic (or not) sneaker of the brand and one (or more) color or kit the team have used in the past. If I was from Nike's marketing team, I'd implement such branding for a couple of seasons entering other markets other than the traditional soccer kits market"

Wie der Projektname "Kits and Kicks" bereits andeutet, ist es das Ziel, die legendären Air Jordans mit den Fußballtrikots der renommiertesten Klubs der Welt zu vereinen.

Alianza Lima x Air Jordan 2 'Iron Purple'

Alianza Lima, based on the polemic "Iron purple" colorway of the Jordan 2 silhouette. It also ties in with the traditional purple shirt released every year by the team.

AS Rom x Air Jordan 6 'Gatorade'

As Roma x 6 "Gatorade" and inspired by a green Diadora kit La Lupa wore in early 2000's. The lighting bolt from Gatorades logo was adapted to Roma's colors and the shirt design, it is also based on the leaked info about 19-20 Roma actual home kit which will feature bolt detailing

Atlético Madrid x Air Jordan 4 'Encore'

Atletico de Madrid. Based on the rare 4's "Encore", released with Eminem's same-titled album and one of my favorite Atletico's kit from the 90's

Atlético Nacional x Air Jordan 11 'Neon Green'

Atletico Nacional x 11's "Neon Green" "los verdolagas" have worn neon shirts before and starting from that point, I found these interesting (women's) shoes that make a perfect combo with Nacional's colors

FC Barcelona x Air Jordan 7 'Raptor'

FC Barcelona, taken from the famous 7's "Raptors", the red and purple were adapted to a more "blaugrana" look

Boca Juniors x Air Jordan Retro 5 'Laney'

Boca Juniors, based (mainly) on the lower part of the Retro 5's "Laney" the stars on the top of the shirt are taken from Boca's crest

Chelsea FC x Air Jordan 4 'Thunder'

Chelsea, another (of many) black kit of the collection. Inspired by that Le Coq mid-1980's horizontally pin-striped set of kits. based on the AJ 4 "Thunder", whose colors black and yellow make perfect sense as two of the most common alternative colors for The Blues

Club América x Air Jordan 'Son of Mars'

Club America, a shirt inspired by a very rare grey kit they wore during a few c Copa Libertadores game in 2001 or 2002 and a Jordan "Son of Mars" matching colorway

Corinthians x Air Jordan 13 'Olive'

Corinthians x 13's "Olive" and inspired by the 2010-2011 third kit. I swapped the true red details of the shoe for a more "orangish" one, also, the Banco BMG Logo doesn't spoil the kit this time

Galatasaray x Air Jordan 7 Low 'NRG Taxi'

Galatasaray x 7 Low "NRG Taxi", sneaker which colorway is pretty similar to the Turk side palette

Hertha BSC x Air Jordan 1 'Gatorade'

Hertha Berlin, as said by @LaCasacaBlog we've seen enough monochromatic shirts, but I don't recall an "orangeout" shirt, this concept was born after seeing how good monochromatic AJ 1's from the Gatorade collection looked on feet and that early 2000s orangish or yellowish kit

Inter Mailand x Air Jordan 5 'Tokio'

Inter. Based on the ultra-rare Air Jordan 5 "Tokio", it features a yellow base with grey and subtle white details, it features the brand's famous "splatter" patters in black and blue all-over.

Kaizer Chiefs x Air Jordan 11 'Bordeaux Suede'

Kaizer Chiefs, I took the color of the kit from an awesome concept I saw by @AficionQuetzal, combined with the 11's "Bordeaux Suede", just substituted the metallic gold of the shoe for the one in Chiefs' crest

Paris Saint-Germain x Air Jordan 16 'Ginger'

PSG, the shirt is inspired (in someway) by the 2006 "LV" kit and the 16's in the "Ginger" colorway. A subtle Eiffel tower pattern was added to the central stripe for a more personalized design

Pumas UNAM x Air Jordan 1 'Metallic Gold / Black'

Pumas UNAM x Air Jordan 1 "Metallic gold/black", made for Carmelo Anthony. The giant puma face is a homage to 70s kits. Wanted to get a little bit out of their traditional color scheme without losing the tradition so a black base was the choice

San Lorenzo x Air Jordan 9 'Pollito'

San Lorenzo, based on one of the shoes from the famous collaboration with Doernbecher charity foundation, the 9's "Pollito". I chose this particular shoe because of the feather details it features, which combines with the team's nickname "El Cuervo" ("The Crow")

Sevilla x Air Jordan 10 'Bulls over Broadway'

Sevilla FC x "6 Rings" in the Gym Red/Black/Cement colorway of the sneaker. The stripes on top of the shirts are taken from Sevilla's crest

Shakhtar Donetsk x Air Jordan XXXII 'Why Not'

Shakhtar Donetsk, based on the XXII silhouette in the "Why not" colorway, made for Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook. The blue base is taken from current kit details, which was inspired by the club's mining origins

Spartak Moskau x Air Jordan 'Future'

Spartak Moscow. Based on one of the newest Jumpman silhouettes, the "Future" the central stripe features pattern that simulates the knitted construction of the sneaker

Tottenham Hotspur x Air Jordan 2012 'University Blue'

Tottenham x Air Jordan 2012 "University Blue", besides the colorway, the sirt contais a clear homage to Hummel's kits of the 80s

VfL Wolfsburg x Air Jordan 2012 'Wolf Grey'

VFL Wolfsburg x the 2012's "Wolf Grey" (for obvious reasons) it also contains a pattern that simulates a wolf hair pattern

Young Boys Bern x Air Jordan 7 'Bordeaux'

BSC Young Boys taken from the Jordans 7 "Bordeaux", not specifically from a past kit, but I thought it would be an interesting and outstanding colorway for YB

Zenit x Jordan 8 'Aqua'

Zenit St Petersburg. Inspired by the Jordan 8 "Aqua", a black base combined with two of the traditional palette of Zenit's kits
